The New Century Elite Development Program, organized by the Kowloon Chamber of Commerce, brings together outstanding students from Hong Kong, Mainland China, and ASEAN countries. This prestigious initiative challenges participants to compete on real-world business similar to Harvard Business School cases, with project

from Country Garden Holdings in China and across the region, at a time when major developers are facing serious challenges in the property sector.

Guided by expert judges and seasoned professionals, the program combines a highly competitive challenge with an enriching study tour. Participants will engage in academic and cultural exchanges at Xiamen University and Holiday Inn Sepang, complemented by visits to Malacca and Selangor. The program offers a unique platform for experiential learning, cross-cultural collaboration, and showcasing innovative solutions to real industry challenges. Students from across the region showcased their best through A-class presentations, team work and embracing a “study hard, work hard, play hard” great mixture of culture and spirit throughout the program.
